Pam Switzer is the President of TeamBuilders International Inc., a sales training and consulting firm based out of London, Ontario, Canada. Pam specializes in implementing sales process, key account management, negotiation and marketing consulting and training to clients worldwide. Considered a key account management guru, Pam consults with some of the largest and most successful companies in the world.

Rob joined TeamBuilders International in 1999 and has been a senior partner specializing in the customized development and facilitation of sales process to organizations in the high-tech, manufacturing and engineering industries.

Rob works very closely with many outstanding organizations to identify and modify the skills, behaviors and processes necessary to develop sales excellence.
