Pam Switzer, Vice President of Cultural Adoption

 

As head of TeamBuilders International’s global implementation team, Pam Switzer focuses her teams’ efforts on ensuring cultural adoption of the Miller Heiman and Mandel methodologies into our clients existing systems and processes.

 

By ensuring the buy in of all critical stakeholders, particularly executive and line sales management, Pam’s clients achieve better results and higher levels of methodology usage than is normally seen in sales methodology roll outs.

 

Leveraging her 27 years of sales and sales management experience, coupled with experience in the global roll out of sales methodology to many very large sales organizations as a Miller Heiman licensed consultant, Pam also works with clients who have experienced less than optimal results from the implementation of other methodologies by re-engaging and re-energizing the sales organization.
